The SEZ Basinwide Monitoring and Assessment Plan provides the methods and protocals to assess the current status and long-term trends of SEZs on a Basin-wide scale. The Plan will also provide a means to evaluate the impacts of ongoing and future management actions, identify regional impairments, and detect long-term trends that can inform sound future SEZ policy.
